You can find DenTrue in the all major IOS portals. See the instructions below to connect with our specialty lab and send your first case.

  • Follow the steps below

    a) Login to your 3Shape Communicate account or3 Shape Unite on your IOS.

    b) Send a Connection Request from your Account to “DenTrue - Full Arch Lab”.

    c) Once we accept the request, we will appear in your lab list when you create your next New Session.

  • Follow the Steps Below

    1. Call iTero Support at 800-577-8767.

    2. Select 1 (For English)

    3. Select 1 (For Customer Service)

    4. Request new lab to be added to your scanner.

    5. Request for DenTrue to be Added to your Scanner. Lab ID: 619595

    6.Restart your scanner to see us as an available lab.
